Mark Kelly

Taste Judges 2025 (3)

Mark Kelly is a morning anchor on Good Morning Nashville. His day starts when it’s dark outside at 2:15 AM. That early alarm hurts some days, but Mark loves his amazing co-workers and his job at News 2.

Whether you live in rural Tennessee, the suburbs or downtown Nashville, local news ties us all together, and Mark loves being a part of sharing those meaningful stories on the newscast three hours every day from 4 to 7 AM.

Mark and his wife, Sally, have been married 10 years this July. They have two wonderful girls, a cavalier pup, and live in Donelson.

They love walking the Stones River greenway, taking the kids to the playgrounds at Ravenwood and Two Rivers, and enjoying all the delicious restaurants around town.

Mark’s reported the news all over the U.S. - Missouri, Virginia, California and Florida - but he feels right at home here in Tennessee.
